FlexOne: The Most Dependable High-Flex Cable
A unique combination of high-flex wires and soft conductive materials that are used to create the safest, most reliable cable for high-flex electronics and wearables applications. Under mechanical stress, the cable’s service life is up to a hundred times longer than a standard cable while still retaining its high flexibility. Normal wires break within 50-150 cycles, whereas FlexOne survives thousands of cycles thanks to its unique mechanical properties. When using a .025 mm2 Litz wire, the typical extruded layer is about 31 mil (0.8 mm) in thickness.
